This is a clear description of the triple constraint and the tradeoffs involved. However, I wish we would stop thinking in terms of the "triple constraint." It is overly simplistic. Too many of the simple triangle representations fail to address quality adequately; fortunately, the article did, but briefly. That is, it's not clear if high quality is a given constant or if it is a parameter to be balanced against the others.
