Thank you for your comments, Eugene. I certainly wouldn't expect a perfect response. But I find it disturbing that the AIs I played with sometimes gave answers that were wildly incorrect, like the wrong names for people or the names of people that apparently don't exist and/or don't have anything to do with the topic being explored. I'm merely reporting what my colleague and I observed so that people are wary of trusting the responses they receive from these tools.

I didn't recommend any specific product for these kinds of queries because this was not a thorough evaluation of numerous tools. For all I know, there might be AIs out there that would provide fabulous answers. We just checked out a few that were readily available and free, and hence likely to be used by other new users.
