I receive emails like this literally every day. Sometimes Norton, sometimes Geek Squad, always a hoax. There are usually clues that it's a hoax, such as the stupidly formatted phone number you pointed out or ridiculously high charges for nothing you would ever buy. Or signing the message "Geeks Squad" when the pilfered logo at the top says "Geek Squad." These are all clearly created by non-native English speakers. I just ignore them all.
