I agree, Keith. Gilb's Evo predates anything called agile, as did "lightweight methods," etc. I've always been puzzled by the agile/waterfall dichotomy. And I knew we were in trouble when it because Agile with a capital "A," thereby changing it from a philosophy into a religion.
